Nice and easy process, communication was effective all the way long. In case of questions, the HR service has been quite available. Overall it was a good recruiting experience. Salary has not been discussed prior to the beginning of the process, and was only at the end.

Question 1
I had a test with two recruiters impersonating customers, and a difficult case.
Smooth process, first interview by phone then moved to face to face. Great interaction by email, time response. Questions about previous experiences and motivation, use of the various tools and languages spoken.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (Riad)
Interview
I was qualified to the final interview after i was accepted through the phone screening and the first interview.Unfortunately, before my final interview by couple of days they reposted the job and added that we are hunting locals . I do not know why they didn’t mention this from the beginning although the job is posted about 2 months ago and i asked the recruiters . However , after the final interview as expected ,the recruiter called , appreciated me that the interview went well BUT we are looking only for locals. A whole month of preparation was evaporated cuz the recruiter is not aware of the job requirements.
