Interview
The interview process was rather lengthy with 3 rounds of interview aside the initial Recruiter phone call. It consisted of one Technical Interview focused on technical aspects of the role, previous technical experience and specific knowledge measured to current technical standards of 2023. The next interview was the Business Interview that focused on the stakeholder management, soft skills and abilities to navigate complexities in day to day responsibilities. The last interview was the FIT interview which aimed at ensuring both the company and myself were aligned and could work well together. Overall, a decent process, it required thorough preparation from me and left me the feeling of having to work for this role - a fair conclusion I'd say.

How would you manage two senior stakeholders who are disagreeing on an idea? Please describe in 5 steps how you would handle this scenario. What security framework have you worked with and why would you consider it appropriate? Give a few examples of how you managed C-Level stakeholders and share a few lessons you learned from it.

Interview
I had three rounds of interview, a first screening with HR, then two other rounds with two interviewers each. The feedback after each round came quite fast and most of commitments regarding deadlines were followed.
