Over the phone, asynchronous. Just videotaping yourself. Really impersonal. It was overall timed as well so just had a few seconds to look at the prompt and then a few more to respond. I don't like asynchronous interviews so didn't really try to be honest, but still just felt kinda boring.

It was a one-way interview with pre-determined questions that one answered through a screen, and so it felt like you were talking to yourself. They asked you six questions which were rather generic and then you recorded your answers.
