Intially at Campus, a pen and paper based test was taken follwed by a group talk of 5 students together with the HR.
Shortlisted candidate were called at their office for final interview.
The final interview had 3 panels.
2 Technical and 1 HR type interview.
One of the technical interview was a group interview which took about 2 hours.

Interview
It was very casual and was a balance of asking me questions and informing me about the company and job. While my resume was highlighted in the questions being asked, the interview was used to determine if I would fit into the office mold and be able to keep up with the pace of the work.
