When the screening eventually took place, the tone of the conversation felt disengaged and impersonal. The HR representative appeared disinterested, which detracted from the overall experience. Following the call, I received a general interview preparation guide. While well-intentioned, the material was generic and not particularly useful for the specific role.
I was informed that the process would include three to four additional interview rounds, with the final stage involving an in-person visit to the facility. While I appreciated the transparency regarding the process, the lack of professionalism in the initial interaction raised concerns about the candidate experience and communication standards.
