CEMEX USA Talent Development Program interview questions

They called to arrange a phone interview, during that interview I spoke with the BSO manager who asked about analytical thinking and made me solve a case study over the phone. They called back the next day asking about an on-site interview (they did not pay for the flight or other accomodations) . On this interview, the person who was supposed to interview me did not show up. In this interview, I was given 10 GRE questions and another case study. I followed up several times and the HR representative could not give me a clear answer, her excused was that her boss did not get back to her.

Contacted the recruiter and got a phone interview date. They didn't call at the scheduled time so I ended up rescheduling it. The recruiter ended up asking most questions, the hiring manager did not seem very interested.
