First round was a phone interview with HR. Second round was an in person interview with a director - primarily behavioral, a bit technical. Asked questions regarding past experiences, technical questions about the position and chatted informally for the last 15 minutes. Third round was in person interview - primarily behavioral. After half an behavioral questions, informal discussion for another half an hour. Fit was a huge part of this role. However, it was hard to tell if I did well or not. After a week or two of the last round, an offer was made.
