I applied through college or university. I interviewed at CGI (Fairfax, VA) in Sep 2016
Interview
Hiring Process overall took about 1.5 months. Met CGI reps at a college career fair. Did my first round of interviews on campus and then about 1-2 weeks later received an email to do an on-site interview a few weeks later. Went to the on-site interview and there was a nice introduction followed by a lunch panel and then 2-rounds of interviewing(with 2 different interviewers). Might be the other way around depending on if you interview in the morning or afternoon. Mine was in the afternoon. Told we would hear back in the next week. Got an offer a few days later.

I applied online. I interviewed at CGI (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
Phone interview with a current analyst followed by an onsite interview with three people 1:1. Mostly casual conversations about my experiences. I suggest preparing a list of selling points when you go into the interview, and of course, looking for other jobs until an offer materializes. Perhaps my recruiter was trying to be nice, but he sent me a few emails about a potential offer before admitting some weeks down the road that there wasn't going to be one.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at CGI (Lafayette, LA) in May 2017
Interview
Brought on-site to interview for 3 hours; interviewed in a group by a panel while being fed lunch and then individually with two different employees; was also given a tour of the facility and discussed employee benefits. Very informative experience-got a good feel for company culture and day-to-day operations
