I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CGI (Lafayette, LA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I had an initial interview on my university's campus, and then two more on site at CGI. They gave us a presentation on the company and we had lunch with people who work there. A friend of mine had 4 in total for the same position, but I did not have a group interview like he did. The office was very nice. Two of my interviews went very smoothly, but one interviewer was not quite as friendly
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CGI (Glasgow, Escocia) in Apr 2015
Interview
After the initial filtering process you're asked to do an online personality test. It wasn't remotely relevant to the job I was applying for, but that sort of stuff comes with the territory in big corporates. It was followed by a fairly typical graduate 'assessment centre' with group exercises before the 1:1 interview.

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CGI (Markham, ON) in Apr 2014
Interview
recruiter called me and asked me a few questions about my work for about 10 minutes over the phone. A few days later I was asked to go to Markham for interview. The interviewer was about 15 minutes late and the hiring manager that was supposed to be there didn't show up.

They seemed mostly interested in making sure that I had experience working for a major bank, which I did. They asked me about some of the projects I worked on.
