CGI Consultant interview questions

The interview process was extremely quick. A recruiter reached out to me after I posted my resume on Clearance Jobs. It consisted of a phone screening, which lasted less than 10 mins, and an in person interview that was about 30 mins. The phone screening was done by my hiring manager, and he spent a majority of the phone call explaining the job position, and barely asked me any questions. He asked about my Excel proficiency and about my past experience. The in- person interview was less than a week later and was with the same manager, as well as the rest of the team. They were warm and welcoming; no behavioral questions were at asked at all which surprised me; it was more of a conversation than an interview.
