I was interviewed during the college recruiting process. I didn't have any experience and was still a senior in college getting my IT degree. I attended an interview day. It consisted of an HR presentation, three back-to-back interviews and a panel of current employees. During the back-to-back interviews, we were asked to write a simple SQL select statement. It wasn't a requirement of the job, but rather a preference. Other questions were mostly behavioral although one question really threw me off. 'tell me a joke' was not prepared for that one haha Very laidback

J’ai postulé par le biais d’un site de recherche d’emploi.
J’ai été quelques jours après appelé par un responsable RH pour un entretien téléphonique + pour planifier Assessment Center.
J’ai passé un entretien RH le matin et l’après-midi midi l’assessment center ( business case en groupe + présentation, entretien technique avec un consultant de la BU, test d’anglais et de français).
Après un avis positif du consultant, j’ai été contacté pour un dernier entretien RH et technique quelques jours après.
Après validation, j’ai reçu une offre.

You feel the lack of skills of the person interviewing you, HR and IT both were obviously unskilled and never asked a smart question , I had to challenge them
