I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at CGI (Raleigh, NC) in Jan 2013
Interview
The interviewers were very tough. They asked questions to gauge your personality and also your skillset, which I liked. I recommend that when answering questions about how you handled previous difficult situations, that you ALWAYS explain how you handled the situation, but that you include something like, "but my handling of similar future situations depends on CGI corporate culture and expectations, combined with the expectations of the client". I almost did not get the job because of the way I explained that I handled previous situations didn't fit with the client expectations for which I was applying. And, obviously not knowing the CGI or client corporate culture and expectations, there was no way for me to provide the "correct" answer. So, since this interview, I have always made a point to answer the question, but add that I am flexible in how things are handled in the future, based on the company's expectations.
