Interview
The interview process consisted of a phone screen with HR, then an in-person interview with the Director and a Senior Consultant I'd be working with. There were no technical questions - it was more of a culture fit. The interviewers made it comfortable, but in hind sight, I was unprepared. I wish I had asked more questions about the company, what they do, and gained more insight into the environment/business.

The interview process was a really positive experience. The interviewers were approachable, the process was transparent, and the conversations felt genuine. I felt comfortable throughout and appreciated the way the team engaged with me.

L'entretien s'est bien déroulé, c 'est une très bonne entreprise, je recommande. Il faut se préparer en amont et bien dire ces motivations. Ils ont beaucoup de projets et missions en interne et beaucoup de clients grands comptes
