I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CGI
Interview
Started out interview on campus the day after the job fair. Then a day after my first interview, I received an email stating that I had moved on to the on site, final round interview in Lebanon, VA. The on-site interview process included a presentation of CGI and the benefits, tour of the facility, and three 30 minute interviews afterwards. Very smooth process and they did everything the said. I heard back a little over a week after my final interview and was offered a position. The offer was pretty decent and the benefits are great, however I am trying to decide if I will accept or not.

Question 1
-behavorial questions
-some problem solving questions
-very easy going people and if you are calm and collected, that makes you interview much more successful
CGI scheduled the interview for 30 minutes and there was only one interviewer. He initially asked basic questions about background and experience. He explained about the company and was open to questions
Was super laid back and casual, the interviewer was super nice! Still had typical interview questions (describe a time where..., etc) but overall pretty stress-free first-round interview.
Lasted about 40-45 minutes as the interviewer was very conversational as well. Only advice I can give is to be personable and have a conversation.
I applied online. I interviewed at CGI in Oct 2025
Interview
Applied online, was told to connect with a recruiter at my university's job fair. They forwarded along my resume. There was a phone interview over Handshake. There was another interview with 2 parts (a technical and a personal) a few weeks later. The interviewer was around 10 minutes late with no communication which threw off the second interview. There was also supposed to be a Q&A the same day, but it got rescheduled to several weeks later. There was very little communication unless I initiated it. The whole process felt very unprofessional.
