I first met them at a Career Fair. After talking to them there about my skills, they invited me to their on campus interview.
The on campus interview was conducted one on one, and I was asked if I was interested in a functional or technical role as a Consultant. We went over my resume here, about my interests in the position, with the company, etc.
After going to one of their information sessions on campus, and after they looked over my first interview, they invited me out to an on-site interview. There, I talked to 4 different people: first the HR rep who showed us around the company building (which I went around with 2 other people), then I talked to three people; 2 (technical) senior level people, and one consultant level person (functional). I was asked technical questions in the last interview. The entire process took about 4 hours (3 30 minute interview), including a lunch break before the 3 interviews started.
The people were nice except the last guy who interviewed me, who looked very tired and uninterested in interviewing me. Unfortunately that guy was also the guy who asked me the technical questions, and I was unable to answer them correctly. Just be on your toes regardless of who is talking to you.
