CGI Team Leader interview questions

Video conference , need to show govt id proof and interview is taken, asked mostly theoretical and few problem solving technical questions. May be more of process based and current responsibity based interview would have fetched better for someone with more than 6 years as they would be into much practical and they would have forgotten definitions back then.

Two technical and one managerial round. Not so difficult. Manager explained the project and promised the offer. The next step would documents submission and offer. But later they informed like we kept your profile on hold due to high package side. You shouldn't promise offer if you do not wante to give.
