They have an outside organization do the prescreen.
Once phone int er view is conducted with the agency you wait several weeks to get an in person interview.
At no point do they mention that they do not offer merit raises. Who in their right mind would think a company does not off merit increases.
Do not fall for their term Meritocracy. It is not for erin raises, rather a stupid way they perform their annual reviews....which means nothing since there are no merit raises EVER.

Interview
There was a phone interview where the interviewer asked general questions. Upon completion she followed up with the next steps and advised that she would be forwarding a packet. The packet contained more specific questions regarding my background and requested examples. The document was completed within a couple of days. I believe I waited another two weeks and was offered an onsite interview. The facility was nice and the people seemed nice. I really had no complaints but I felt the interview lacked structure. Needless to say I didn't follow up and wasn't offered the position.
