CallisonRTKL Designer interview questions

One 30 minute interview with one person, then submitting some recommendations, and I was hired. This was the easiest and laziest interview I have ever experienced, and I should have realized the company didn't know what they wanted in an employee, how to vet potential employees nor how to manage employees.

The interview was a skype conference call with a VP, senior associate and two associates. I went through my portfolio with them online. It lasted 30 minutes and talked about my portfolio of work and just generally about the team I was interviewing for.
