I applied online. I interviewed at Capgemini (Holborn, England) in Jul 2015
Interview
Had a short phone interview with a current consultant which was strengths based. I then completed the online tests and was invited to the assessment day. This ran really smoothly and gave you a real feel for the company. At the assessment day they do not have a certain number of people they will take on it is more finding people that are a fit for the role and the company. So they could take all of you or none of you which encourages you to be yourself.
