Interview

Interview
After a quick phone screen, you are scheduled for their "super day" interview. For this, you are given case materials ahead of time, for which you are given about a week to compose a presentation with your findings and response that you would present during the super day. The super day also comprised of one 30 minute behavioral conversation, where I was asked things like "Take 5 minutes to write why we should hire you, and then present that to me," "tell me about three of your favorite hobbies; let's say I don't do any of those. Sell me on one of them," "give me an overview on your background," and so forth. After the personal case and behavioral, you are given a group case and have an hour to read over the materials, plan with your group of other candidates, make a presentation, and present to two interviewers. Everyone is very friendly, and I really liked the people I spoke to. I unfortunately had to decline my offer due to below-average compensation packages, of which they seemed rather cagey about bonus amount and the specifics of the benefits package, which are two major factors in deciding whether or not to accept a job offer. Even though I had two other higher offers, and both the average salary for this role at Capgemini per Glassdoor and average salary in this city was higher, Capgemini would not budge on salary.

Question 1
Group case on the spot: How should this company consolidate their offices?
Individual case prepared beforehand: How to solve profitability for x company?
Behavioral: "Take 5 minutes to write why we should hire you, and then present that to me," "tell me about three of your favorite hobbies; let's say I don't do any of those. Sell me on one of them," "give me an overview on your background," and so forth.
Not technical. Only asked about my previous work and internship but as I had zero work experience, got rejected. Overall anyone with 1-2 years work exp. can get this position easily.
