Capgemini Engagements Manager interview questions

Did not get the role in the end. The phone interview was not too long - around 20 minutes or so and the questions asked were not too difficult or technical. Friendly conversation and ample opportunity to answer. Interviewer spent plenty of time explaining cap gemini, development opportunities and the information about the scheme.

Very simply, no nonsense interview. They hired for a position that was opening up, so had to wait around a bit. It was like being hired as a contractor for a 6 month contract
