I got this job from my college campus recruitment. First Capgemini took an aptitude test through CoCubes. I was got selected for group discussion and we were given a topic on "Women empowerment in India". After selection in group discussion I was asked for a personal interview which brought me this job.

The interview process was the last round of the selection process. recruitment started with communication test, followed by aptitutde and coding rounds of test. shortlisted candidates gave the virtual interviews.

Object oriented programming concepts and it's pillar with syntax
The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.
