I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini in Feb 2024
Interview
I got it through the college placements. First round was of aptitude round which includes pseudo codes, technical mcqs, essay, multiple games.
Second round was English test in which there were multiple rounds of verbal ability and other things.
Third round was interview round. there was a panel member. He asked me about myself, projects, and that's it.
Then i got to know about my selection by my college placement cell.
Its been 6 months since i passed, but haven't got any updates from the company.

I was asked to introduce myself, about my projects and ended by asking if I had any questions.
It was a detailed 3 round process. Written, technical and HR. Covered a lot of things from SQL , Python, C++ to general behavioural questions. Had a general conversation with them as well. The HRs in general were good to talk to.

The interview process was professional and well-organized. The interviewers were respectful, asked relevant questions, and provided an opportunity to discuss my experience and skills. The overall interaction was positive, engaging, and helped me better understand the role and expectations.

I applied through on campus hiring. first online assessment, then behaviourial round then communication round then interview round. very basic to medium questions were asked. all things happened in online format.
