Straight forward took a little time setting up the meetings. The organisation is big and aligning calendars was obviously a challenge. 3 step process, engage and get a feel for your skills and experience, then demonstrate how you would manage a scenario and final to meet the area of your intended placement for team fit understanding.

Initial sift interview with recruiter. Then virtual interview with department head - offer was agreed at the end of the virtual interview. Questions about experience and meeting Capgemini company values.

The interview process was largely hassle-free and well-structured. Although the overall timeline was longer than expected, I was kept informed about the delays and next steps at every stage. The entire process followed a systematic approach, with regular follow-ups and clear communication from the HR team, which made the experience transparent and reassuring
