Capgemini Project Manager (PM) interview questions

From the first call of interview till the date I received final offer letter , HR team was excellent . Aliva routray and panduranga-vittal.m are the excellent people .I would like to thanks both Aliva and Vittal for making my journey smooth. Even interviewer were good . We had a discussion on different points.

It was two rounds of interview. First round was focused on technical, functional and business skill assessment and second round more into leadership skills. The pannel members were very experienced and the kind of questions asked was different from other interviews. End of the first round itself interviewer gave his positive feedback so it helped me to prepare well for next round. I have cleared both the interviews and followed by formal HR round.
