Interview
There was two round of interview process. After clearing the first round then only anyone could appear for the second round. In the first round, one by one person was allowed for interview.

Interview
I got the information of this opportunity from our college TPO that Capgemini was going to conduct an Off Campus drive at IITM college, Janakpuri. And their process comprised of 3 written rounds and 2 interview rounds.
1. Online aptitude test on CoCubes platform (Easy to do as most students have cleared this round.)
2. Essay Writing test (This round was also easy as it was internet proctored so they are not bothered about your content. Just avoid spelling mistakes and keep an eye on simple grammatical errors.)
3. Pseudo Code test (That was comparatively easier for students from CS/IT background, but for other branches also it was quite doable.)
After these rounds those who have cleared Pseudo Code test are eligible for their Non-Infra profile and those who haven't are offered Infra profile. But of course Non-Infra profile is better than Infra profile as it involved more technological aspect. I got selected for Non-Infra one so I can tell about its interview only as for Infra part I don't have enough knowledge.
4. Technical Interview (This was also quite easy to achieve if you are good with your programming basics like OOPS, Data Structures and your project works.)
5. HR Interview (It was the final round and almost everyone who have attended this round got selected.)
So in all the Capgemini selection process was quite easy if you are clear with your basics.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I don't remember all the questions, but in Technical and HR Interview they have asked following questions :
Technical Interview (about half hour or more):
1. Tell me about yourself. (An ice-breaking question.)
2. Some basic questions related to Object Oriented Programming and Data Structures. Like,
-Why OOP paradigm is better than other forms of programming paradigm available?
3. Some questions related to my project
- Classes and Objects difference.
- OOP concepts, etc.
HR Round (Around 10-15 mins):
1. Questions related to project work that was written on my resume. (This question was asked in both Technical and HR round so be thorough with it.)
2. What do you know about our company and all?
3. Are you ready to relocate?
4. Are you ready to sign a bond for 2 years?
And some more questions which I had answered properly and finally they told us that we would come to know about our results in 10-15 days.
All and all the experience was nice and most of the students who have attended the drive got selected. So, best of luck.

Interview
Pre placement talk is there then aptitude (reasoning, logical, english) essay writing is also there. Then I got a sms for next round techinal interview next day. And the same day, I got selected for Hr interview after few days college team announced the placed students name.
