I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capgemini (Nāgpur, Maharashtra) in Sep 2018
Interview
Well I got selected in Capgemini through a on campus drive which were held in September 2018.
The process is quite simple and not that complicated.
So the process was including 3 stages
1. Aptitude,Reasoning test, essay writing
2. Technical interview
3. HR interview
So,
I started preparing for the Capgemini from June 2018 and so it was easy for me to crack the aptitude section and the essay writing is something which is not that difficult. The topics are general and relatable so if you don't do any misspellings you can crack that stage too.
So then I had my technical and Hr interviews on the next day.
So first I had technical interview.
And the interviewer from Capgemini was very humble and very supportive and encouraging. As I came from electrical engineering background I couldn't answer couple of tough IT questions so he explained me all those stuff and he asked me about the project I made and we have really nice conversation over my project.
Then I got my technical interview result and moved to the HR interview.
So , in the HR interview the sir there gave me some topics and wanted me to talk on them for couple of minutes and the topics were so easy and then he checked the documents and all and then it got completed and the next day I found out that I'm placed.
So the process is quite simple and not that difficult to crack
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Capgemini (Calcuta) in Aug 2019
Interview
It was very disciplined way. There was a queue of selected students outside interview panels. And each panelists were asking for one students(freshers). It was 1:1 interview process. They were asking technical questions about the core knowledge of it, not any bookish knowledge. They are very supportive. I'm very happy to give interview for Capgemini.
