This round is divided into two segments:

Round 2: Technical Management Interview
This stage focuses on assessing both technical acumen and managerial potential through discussions about project leadership, architectural decision-making, and team collaboration.
Round 3: HR & Cultural Fit Interview
The final conversation will cover alignment with company values, career aspirations, and other general HR topics.
