Questions are ok and to the point. Interviewers are courteous. HOwever, I got the offer on the 3rd Try. Earlier twice I had got selected in the technical round but HR did not give me offer but just kept on saying we are working on it after i completed my Interview.

1 appel téléphonique de screening d'environ 45 minutes, pour présenter son parcours, ses souhaits, les raisons qui vous amènent à changer.
1 entretien avec un RH, 1 entretien avec 1 manager direct, 1 entretien avec le directeur de la BU. A chaque fois : présentation de son parcours, quelles sont les raisons qui vous poussent à changer.
Pas de difficulté particulière, très peu de mise en situation : ils cherchent plutôt des candidats qui ont des compétences en avant-vente.
Bon point : un référent vous accompagne tout le long du processus

Interview
Short Interview by phone, however no feedback was provided. It was a second interview and I learned that my previous interview went well and my profile fits. Capgemini is working with contracts, once contract is signed there is some probability you can be hired.
