Pathetic experience. HR didn’t response to emails or calls after final round and salary discussion. Sr Manager salary they offered is equal to software developers salary in some organisations. Unprofessional HR people I have ever interviewed. They don’t care about organisations reputation by not replying to candidates. How these CG people are surviving with the tiny salary. They will take 5-6 rounds and waste your time. When you ask them for feedback they will not bother to reply you back.

Recruiter agency had scheduled interview for F2F discussion. They have asked about primary skills and project associated in profile. Once it is done, they also like to understand about current role and responsibility.
