I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Capgemini in Aug 2023
Interview
Besides recruiter chat, three rounds one with a session to present based on a case study (24 hours notice). While the interviews were fairly generic, it being a senior role, the interactions were mostly informal and scenario based. The gap between each round was not ideal (two to three weeks and overall three months) and after verbally agreeing on an salary and a potential offer it went very quiet and after constant chasing they came back to say they were re-considering the specification of the role and would not pursue my candidature. This was, needless to say very disappointing and not the best experience from a candidate perspective.
