Capital One Financial Analyst interview questions

Applied online through university job board, was selected for their pre-screen intelligence test which consisted of vocabulary, reading comprehension and math questions, it lasted a little over an hour. The follow up was a phone interview with one of their HR specialists in Virginia. Questions consisted of behavioral questions and several basic accounting questions.

I applied through my career center's website for an on-campus recruiting interview. It was a face to face and there were two people in the room, but only one of them conducted the interview. It was a case-based interview, and it was very clear that the company looks for analytical minds.
