Capital One Human Resources Rotation Program interview questions

One 45 minute behavioral interview. They asked standard behavioral STAR questions and did not spend much time on anything else. Interviewer was very friendly and welcoming and even though I did not get a second round interview, the overall process was fairly positive.

Simple behavioral interview with 3 big questions, but they lead you through them and ask multiple follow ups. Very casual, almost feels like information session as well. Overall it felt very easy going, but honestly I would have enjoyed a more structured, formal interview.
