I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capital One (Kharagpur, West Bengal) in Aug 2015
Interview
The process was divided mainly into 3 parts :
1. Resume Shortlisting (Based on GPA)
2. Data Interpretation Test
3. Three Case Interviews
The test was quite lengthy for its allotted time i.e 30 mins. The basic motive was to check the accuracy and the speed of the candidate.
Then followed the interviews for shortlisted candidates. The interviews are not framework based, you just need to follow what interviewer ask you to do
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The cases given were quite numerical rather than typical framework driven cases.
Laborious process with little communication throughout. Recruiter initially cancelled the first interview just minutes beforehand and in the email cancelling it they patted themselves on the back for being "ahead of it" (ironic?) Went through several more rounds of interviews and was ultimately unimpressed by the process and lack of transparency throughout.
Very drawn out and the situational portion was nerve wracking. Did not get offered job but the communication was great from the recruiter and assisted with all questions along the way.
I applied online. I interviewed at Capital One (Alabang)
Interview
Video interviews only. Second level interviewer was in a rush and interrupts while I was speaking. I made it to the final interview but received a regret letter a few days later. I asked for tips on how can I improve but did not get a reply.
