I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capital One in Dec 2019
Interview
3 quant-based case question rounds and 1 fit-based round. An example of the quant-based case can be found online posted by Capital One themselves. The difficulty jumped a lot from the first round (mini-case) to the second till the third. The key is to not make any errors at all (ideally) and if you do the odd one, be confident and communicative about it and show that you realize your mistake and how to fix it.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A moneylender lends Rs. 800 at 10% pa. How much profit should he be earning if the borrowing rate is 6% pa
Laborious process with little communication throughout. Recruiter initially cancelled the first interview just minutes beforehand and in the email cancelling it they patted themselves on the back for being "ahead of it" (ironic?) Went through several more rounds of interviews and was ultimately unimpressed by the process and lack of transparency throughout.
Very drawn out and the situational portion was nerve wracking. Did not get offered job but the communication was great from the recruiter and assisted with all questions along the way.
I applied online. I interviewed at Capital One (Alabang)
Interview
Video interviews only. Second level interviewer was in a rush and interrupts while I was speaking. I made it to the final interview but received a regret letter a few days later. I asked for tips on how can I improve but did not get a reply.
