Interview
Will give you two interviews, one is experience and situational. They ask you questions like "What would you do if a customer said ________."
Second interview was behavioral, asking questions like "Tell us about a time where you helped a fellow employee deal with an angry customer."
Most likely you will be interviewed by the branch manager, a non-involved manager (from another district just for unbiased perspective) and the district manager. Come clean and in business attire as this is what you will be expected to look like each day.

Typical questions Describe a time you had with a difficult customer how did you handle the situation?
it was extremely long and ended with no offer and also the interviewer was rude. It was not a mutual conversation but rather it felt like an interrogation. Also I would have expected more questions that were based on my resume. she asked questions that were obviously outside of what I was capable of doing and thus unfair
