      I had three total rounds with the final round being 4 interviews in one day. One of their "power days". Overall, it was a majority behavorial with one technical interview where I was given a mock case and had to complete an analysis.

      Long and stringent. Interviewer for the excel model didn’t even have the correct model. Then felt like I was bothering them the whole time. Also they will ask your assumptions but not include if you are right or wrong.

      I interviewed at Capital One for an early career rotational program. I thought this was one of the most fun and fair interview I have ever been in. I met with several leaders at the organization and immediately got a sense of the culture and values, just from the fact that everyone had a laptop they carried around so they could work anywhere.       One question was around the retail industry and whether I thought it was a bubble and if it would pop (this was fall of 2019). I believe they wanted to assess how aware I was of the economy more than any actual predictions for a downturn.
