Mini case: calculation is not hard, but need to find a unique aspect to solve for the qualitative problem, will prepare more for the next round, did not ask behavior questions
there is a phone screening. at first and then, first round, and then power day with 3 rounds, it depends on the interviewer a lot when doing the cases, different dynamics

Interview
First Round- Recruiter Screening (easy-standard questions regarding background)
Second Round- Mini case study (easy case study- prepped from the material they share + YouTube)
Third Round- Power Day: 3 back to back case interviews + 1 product round+ 1 behavioral question per case (this round is slightly mentally exhausting. Medium level case interviews- practiced a lot via YouTube videos. Product round is fun- pick any digital product and talk about it in depth- be well prepared as interviewer listens carefully and asks meaningful questions)
