Capital One Software Engineer (TDP Program) interview questions

Got contacted by recruiter and was sent a CodeSignal with 2 weeks to complete. If selected you will be invited to their PowerDay which is three back to back interviews that lasts 4 hours with a case study, technical, and behavioral

Power day was pretty straightforward. Three interviews, technical, behavioral and case. Technical interview was NOT a leetcode problem. Using any language of choice, you have to solve a 4 level coding problem, with each level increasing in difficulty. Behavioral was easy STAR questions. One of the questions was "name a time you challenged the status quo". Case interview was probably the hardest and most annoying because my interviewer did not seem to be paying any attention. It's basically a business / technical question where you are given some business problem and have to do some simple math to answer the questions the interviewer gives you. Then I had to debug some unit test code. Overall pretty straightforward interview, just hope you don't get a bad interviewer.
