Almost feels like they want to hire people. Almost... I applied last year to the same position they asked me the same questions from one year ago. The interviews felt like they were trying to change initial conditions always but not in a way to test if you can adapt but in a way to make you fail I even feel one of the interviewer getting angry because I was answering everything. They also ask me for 8 years of addresses as a background check and digital ids just to discard me in less than 12 hours after giving them all that information. It felt like they just wanted to collect my personal information. If you have the opportunity avoid risking your personal information in this process.
