Online OA that consistented of 3 leetcode problems. Sliding window and more complex problems that I was underprepared for. Would recommend strong leetcode basics especially on the basic type of
multiple stages, started with phone interview, to onsite interview. There were multiple rounds in onsite. These consisted of meeting with managers, a behavioral and technical interview, and working with other teammates on a collab project.

If you and a colleague disagree on how to proceed with a project. What are the reconciliation/compromising steps you would take?
Interview consisted of 3 parts: behavior and two technicals.
Behavioral was standard "tell me about a time" questions.
Both of the technicals were leetcode design easies. The second technical also had a portion that gave a business case and required me to think through the costs and benefits of implementing software for that case.
