Interview
Started out with an email asking if I was available for an on-site, was then flown out to McLean for an interview the next day. The recruiters and interviewers really seemed kind and energetic, like they wanted you to succeed. Received my offer 2 business days after the interview.

Interview
Applied and was invited for an on-campus final round interview (no phone or first round process). Had a technical interview, a case interview, and a behavioral interview. The technical questions and the case were all very easy; I assume everyone they interview gets them correct. Heard back from my recruiter within 24 hours.
