I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (New York, NY) in Feb 2022
Interview
Pretty straight forward. First coding assessment, then reached out from recruiter to schedule power day. This was 3 ~45mins interviews. One case interview where I was ask to identify what the code is doing, guess some output and then offer any suggestion for it. Second, was the tech interview it consisted of 2 exercises, first implementing a simple class around banking system and then a linked list type of problem. Lastly, a behavioral with 3 questions. Overall, everything felt good and calm so things didn't feel like such a big deal.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Capital One (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2021
Interview
Very Smooth Interview Process.
Got a call from recruiter about the position and then was given a coding assessment(File Management System). Once they review the code and if they find your code well documented and with expected output. They will call you for 2 hour back to back interviews. One is Behavioural and One is Technical.
The Interviewer was very nice during Behavioural interview. And the technical round was a code review, which you submitted during assessment.
Overall It was very good

Question 1
Star base approach questions.
How can you use multi threading in this type of application
It was for an associate software engineer position. Their application asked too many and detailed questions. Also, their interview process made people annoyed. As I expected, they sent me a rejection email.
