The people were very well organized and knew what they wanted to accomplish. I presented my resume to a team of folks and then interviewed with them one by one. I received a tour of one of Caterpillar's facility while the team held a consensus meeting. I was extended an offer before I left the company for the day.

Well organized, STAR method. Interview was with 3 members from the leadership team. Started on time and ended with a facility tour. Checked in at parking lot security office and was on the visitor list. Secondary check went smoothly and hiring manager came out to greet on arrival.
The interview process was thorough and well-structured, involving multiple stages. It started with a phone screening where basic qualifications and motivations were discussed. This was followed by a virtual interview with the HR team, focusing on personality and fit within the company culture.
