Phone screen with hiring manager and one other, followed quickly by an in-person interview with both people and eventually a followup with offer from HR. Since I was identified by an external recruiter, most communication was between me and this individual. The HR person didn't get involved personally until the process was taking longer than desired and they wanted to be sure I was still interested.
