I posted my resume and received a call within a week. I was told that I was going to hear back within a week, no one ever called me. I called the recruiter and left a message, didn't even called back.

What is your experience with travelling to a place you don't know?
My interview with Chubb gave me a strong understanding of both the company’s culture and the expectations of the underwriting role.
We discussed how Chubb operates as a global leader in insurance, with a strong emphasis on risk assessment, client relationships, and long-term financial stability. The team highlighted that underwriting at Chubb is not just technical, but also relationship-driven. Success in the role requires analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to balance risk with business opportunity.
3 interviews in total - 1 screening and 2 in-person. Not very technical. Salary for a first-time position is great (associate role). 30-minute interview. 2-3 people will be attending the meeting alongside you.
Multiple Interview process that starts with internal recruiting phone screening. Expect at least 3 different interviews with different levels of management. Be ready for both technical and personality questions to really dive into who you are.
