Chubb Technical Lead - SDET interview questions

Interview process consists of 3 Levels 1. Hackerrank Test 2. L1 Interview with Manager 3. L2 Interview (F2F) with VP After clearing all these 3 I had a call with HR and discussed the compensation requirements where I asked for a 15% raise on my current salary A week later I got the Salary proposal, The Salary they were giving me was 15% lesser than my current Salary When I asked them to revise it to my expectation they said My salary was above the market standard and they want to maintain equal pay among my peers to maintain equity. I refused the offer. If you are interviewing for Chubb in India make sure to ask them more than once if they are okay with your expectations and if they have enough budget The whole process took 1 month for me and I was only left with disappointment in the end because the people have no respect for candidate's time or experience.
