Chubb Underwriter Associate I interview questions

First, I completed a Wonderlic test and a one-way video interview and I didn't hear anything for over a month. Then, I got a call out of the blue that Chubb wanted to set up an interview with a VP if I was still interested. The interview was over the phone and the VP had me on speaker as they were driving home from work, which was a little strange. Overall, the interview was pretty conversational and nothing too tough. I was told that I would most likely hear back in the next couple weeks, and I never heard anything. I understand that things get busy, but it seems rather unprofessional just to ghost an applicant entirely.
