I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Chubb in Feb 2019
Interview
First, I completed a Wonderlic test and a one-way video interview and I didn't hear anything for over a month. Then, I got a call out of the blue that Chubb wanted to set up an interview with a VP if I was still interested. The interview was over the phone and the VP had me on speaker as they were driving home from work, which was a little strange. Overall, the interview was pretty conversational and nothing too tough. I was told that I would most likely hear back in the next couple weeks, and I never heard anything.
I understand that things get busy, but it seems rather unprofessional just to ghost an applicant entirely.

Interview
I applied online a month ago. I was contacted by a recruiter and talked briefly about the company and role for about 20 minutes. I was then emailed a few days later for an in person interview. My interview was with 3 people in my department for about 2hrs. Fair, common interview questions.

Interview
3 person interview, each about half an hour. The interview ranged from basic questions to questions slightly more advance in the insurance industry. A phone interview followed with someone a little higher up in the company. It was an ideal process.
