Chubb underwritter interview questions

It started with a phone interview that lasted around 10 minutes. Behavioural questions, mostly. Then, I met with multiple team leaders in person. 30 mins with the first two persons, 30 mins with more senior managers. It was a mix of typical questions ( what should you work on, etc. ) and weirder questions ( one of us is an alien, who is it and why ).

Started with a phone interview and then it took them about two weeks to reach out again. I received a call for an in person interview. Then I waited another two weeks before I was asked to come in for a second interview, which included two new people that interviewed me.
