there was virtual interview then assessment centre
the assessment centre composed of HR interview, presentation on a topic they told you about before hand, play role, were you play cisco employee and the cisco employees plays the customer

HR interview: the first question they asked is my nationality and work permit situation in Switzerland
Assessment day: many experts will interview lots of candidates, there were 2 assessment days for the entire selection process

A one minute speech to prepare in advance and basic questions in the beginning. They have a timer so you really have to be careful with timing. If you are too slow, apparently, an icon will appear
